METHODOLOGY
Our work begins with an in-depth analysis of the entire project.
Working within the clients budget and schedule, our Project
Management System enables us to put together a Project
Schedule, showing the critical time line for purchasing of
materials and monitoring project performance. We also implement
a short-range schedule to track and monitor the actual progress,
material deliveries, and overall costs associated with any
given project. This ensures a quality product, while successfully
completing the job done on time and within budget.
We believe
that management involvement and committed employees are a
vital aspect to the overall success of any project. We bring
a wide range of key personnel to every job site. In addition,
every project is assigned a Project Manager, Project
Superintendent, and an Alternate Project Superintendent,
who are all dedicated to bringing each project to a successful
completion.
We use
a designated Project Manager (PM), who shall be fully
authorized to act on behalf of NOR-STRAN in all legally binding
matters pertaining to the construction of the project, including
the authorization to negotiate settlements for all Change
Orders that may be issued by the Client, in order to facilitate
and enhance construction efficiencies. Using this philosophy
we expedite the process which minimizes downtime and exposure
to problems and obstacles. Our goal is to streamline the construction
process and interface with the design team in order to foresee
problems, thereby reducing downtime and construction delays.
SAFETY
By implementing N.R.C., Federal, State and OSHA safety regulations,
we have maintained a working environment without lost time
due to accidents for over 10 years.
LICENSE
We are a AAA State Licensed Contractor in Idaho, and
have also completed projects in Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa,
Illinois, Alaska, and Arizona. A licensed Construction Manager
is available as needed. NOR-STRAN is fully insured for
liability and able to obtain any additional insurance
and bonding needed for a specific project.
